Noble Helium Arranges AU$1.46 Million Loan to Refinance Debt and Strengthen Liquidity.

Noble Helium Limited (ASX: NHE) has finalized an AU$1.46 million loan agreement with shareholder Mr. Duncan MacNiven to fully settle its outstanding convertible note facility with Obsidian Global GP, LLC. The repayment will discharge all securities over the company’s assets and conclude the prior facility. The new loan is non-convertible, carries a 12% annual interest rate payable quarterly, and is due for repayment by 30 June 2027. It will be secured by a floating charge over the company’s assets. The funds will not only refinance existing debt but also enhance Noble Helium’s working capital position, supporting ongoing operations and exploration activities.

The agreement includes standard terms and conditions, covering repayment obligations, default events, and termination provisions, ensuring sound financial management and transparency. This strategic refinancing move strengthens Noble Helium’s balance sheet and positions it for stable future growth.
