Provaris Raises AU$0.5 million to Progress Hydrogen and CO₂ Tank Programs.
Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX: PV1) has secured AU$500,000 through a placement of fully paid ordinary shares to professional and sophisticated investors, with strong participation from the Board and senior management. The funding underlines internal confidence in the Company’s execution capability and technology roadmap. Proceeds will be directed toward fabrication and testing of Provaris’ proprietary compressed hydrogen tank, alongside further development of its low-pressure liquid CO₂ tank initiative in partnership with Yinson Production AS. This includes front-end engineering design activities and engagement with marine classification society DNV to progress regulatory approvals. Additional funds will support project-related operating costs and targeted business development. The placement was completed under existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1A capacity at an issue price of AU$0.013 per share, accompanied by free-attaching unlisted options, subject to shareholder approval. Provaris continues to pursue complementary non-dilutive and strategic funding pathways to advance its hydrogen and CO₂ infrastructure solutions.
