SEEK Limited – Revenue Momentum and Earnings Upgrade in H1 FY2026
SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) delivered a strong first half for FY2026, driven by yield expansion and disciplined cost management. Sales revenue increased 21% to AU$646.6 million, while net revenue rose 12% to AU$600.9 million, supported by high-teens yield growth across ANZ and Asia. EBITDA advanced 19% to AU$267.1 million, reflecting operating leverage as revenue growth outpaced cost growth. Adjusted Profit strengthened 35% to AU$104.1 million, underscoring improved earnings quality.
Reported performance was impacted by a AU$356 million impairment relating to Zhaopin, resulting in a statutory loss of AU$249.9 million for total operations. Excluding significant items, underlying trends remained constructive, with ANZ revenue up 14% and Asia revenue up 4%. The directors resolved to pay a 27 cents per share interim dividend, fully franked, which is 13% higher than the dividend distributed in the same period a year earlier. Management upgraded FY2026 revenue and EBITDA guidance, signalling confidence in continued yield growth and strategic execution.
