Sheffield Confirms Novation of Secured Loan Facility

Sheffield Resources Limited (ASX: SFX) has advised that Sheng Feng (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd has executed transaction documents to assume all rights and obligations previously held by OMFR (Th) LLC under the Production Linked Loan Note Facility, following a novation of the secured loan arrangement. The transaction, expected to be completed on 29 January 2026, does not alter the existing terms of the facility and does not result in any change to Sheffield’s financial position, issuance of securities, shareholder dilution, or change of control. The Company also confirmed that Kimberley Mineral Sands and its sponsors continue to progress debt restructure discussions with senior secured lenders, with negotiations targeted to conclude by the end of March 2026, while Sheffield and Yansteel remain sponsors and guarantors under the facilities.
