Silk Logistics Provides Update on ACCC Review of Proposed DP World Australia Acquisition

Silk Logistics Holdings Limited (ASX: SLH) has confirmed that the ACCC has resumed evaluating DP World Australia Limited’s proposed acquisition of the company via a scheme of arrangement. The competition regulator has set 10 July 2025 as the new date for its findings, following a temporary suspension and the previous release of a Statement of Issues.

In light of this revised timeline, Silk is actively reviewing its options and engaging in further discussions with DP World Australia. Notably, the updated review deadline falls after the scheduled Scheme Meeting on 20 June 2025, and the current End Date of the Scheme Implementation Deed (SID) is 30 June 2025. At this time, neither party has moved to amend or terminate the SID. Silk has stated it will continue to provide updates as new developments arise regarding the acquisition process and regulatory assessment.
