SKY Raises AU$20.5 million to Accelerate Tallebung Tin Development

Sky Metals Ltd (ASX: SKY) has secured binding commitments to raise AU$20.5 million before costs via a placement priced at AU$0.155 per share.

The raise attracted strong participation from both new and existing investors, including institutional support. Directors have committed AU$496,000, subject to shareholder approval.

Approximately 132.2 million new shares will be issued under the Company’s available placement capacity, with a small second tranche to follow.

Post-completion, SKY will be funded to advance its 100%-owned Tallebung Tin Project in central NSW. Planned activities include ongoing resource expansion and infill drilling, delivery of an updated Mineral Resource Estimate next quarter, bulk sampling and metallurgical optimisation, environmental approvals, and preparation for feasibility studies to position Tallebung for future tin-silver-tungsten production.
