South Harz Expands Swedish Copper–Gold Footprint with New Licence Approvals
South Harz Potash Limited (ASX: SHP) has secured approval for three new exploration licences in Sweden’s Värmland Province, advancing its European critical minerals growth strategy focused on copper and gold. The approved licences—Glava 200, Klinten 100 and Mangens 100—are either adjacent to or located near the Glava 100 licence area, where recent early-stage exploration delivered encouraging results. The newly granted licences were approved within six weeks of application, underscoring Sweden’s reputation as a supportive and efficient mining jurisdiction. Collectively, the licence package now covers close to 100 square kilometres in an underexplored but highly prospective region. Additional licence applications in the same area remain under assessment and are expected to be granted in the near term. South Harz plans to progress follow-up fieldwork across the expanded licence package, with a maiden drill program at the Glava Project targeted for the June 2026 quarter.
