Stakk Limited Secures AU$15 million for Expansion

Stakk Limited (ASX: SKK), a leading provider of embedded finance solutions, has raised AU$15 million through an equity placement led by Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Ltd. The capital raise drew remarkable attention from institutional investors, generating total bids of approximately AU$27 million—well above the targeted limit. The funds will be used to expand Stakk’s SaaS-focused business in the U.S. and Australia, support R&D in embedded finance infrastructure, and strengthen its growth team and working capital.

The company’s annualized recurring revenue has surged 243% to AU$3.5 million, excluding new client wins such as Robinhood and T-Mobile. Chairman Nikhil Ghanekar emphasized the milestone as validation of Stakk’s technology-driven strategy, while CEO Andy Taylor highlighted continued focus on partnerships and shareholder value. The offer was priced at A$0.045 per share, reflecting investor confidence in Stakk’s growth trajectory and solid execution strategy.
