In addition, she will take on the role of chairing Telstra’s People and Remuneration Committee. Holly brings extensive leadership experience from sectors such as retail, banking, media, academia, and public service, with a deep understanding of the telecommunications market from her previous roles at Telstra. She currently serves on the boards of ANZ and Fonterra, and holds leadership positions at the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal and McKinnon Foundation.
This appointment follows the retirement of Elana Rubin AM, who has served as a Telstra Director and Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee since 2020.
