Verity Launches Entitlement Offer to Fund Monument Gold and Botswana Projects
Verity Resources Limited (ASX: VRL) has announced a capital raising of approximately AU$ 2.0 million through a non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer to eligible shareholders. The funds are intended to support the advancement of the Company’s Monument Gold Project and its Botswana copper-silver project portfolio. The Entitlement Offer will be conducted under a prospectus expected to be lodged with ASIC on or around 11 February 2026, with the Company to provide further details on the offer structure and timetable in due course.
