Time Out Australia, one of the world’s most recognised urban culture brands, was acquired for nominal consideration, alongside a long-term franchise agreement with Time Out England. Pedestrian Group strengthens Vinyl’s youth media portfolio, with a forecast FY27 EBITDA contribution of AU$0.6–AU$0.8 million.
These acquisitions expand Vinyl’s national internet audience to approximately 55% of Australians, reinforcing its relevance to advertisers. Integration capital of AU$2.4 million supports operational consolidation, technology, and audience growth initiatives.
