Acrux Secures Second Advance of AU$0.46 million Against FY25 R&D Tax Incentive

Acrux Limited (ASX: ACR) has received a second advance of AU$0.46 million from Radium Capital under its FY25 R&D Tax Incentive (RDTI) funding facility. This brings the total advances secured to AU$2.19 million, representing approximately 80% of the estimated RDTI for the eleven months ended 31 May 2025.

Acrux has consistently utilised this short-term funding strategy to gain early access to expected tax rebates, supporting cash flow and ongoing development activities. The full FY25 rebate is anticipated to be received from the Australian Tax Office later in 2025. Proceeds from the advance will be allocated towards progressing Acrux’s topical pharmaceutical development portfolio and maintaining operational working capital. The advance underlines Acrux’s strategic use of R&D incentives to efficiently fund innovation and product development within the Australian pharmaceutical landscape.
