Resolution Minerals Acquires Strategic U.S. Mill and Tungsten Stockpiles to Fast-Track Antimony & Tungsten Production.

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) has signed a binding agreement to acquire Remington Capital Corporation, gaining ownership of the Johnson Creek Tungsten & Antimony Mill and adjacent Antimony Camp in Idaho, USA. This acquisition, located next to RML’s Horse Heaven Project and near Perpetua Resources’ AU$4 billion Stibnite Project, secures vital processing infrastructure, tungsten stockpiles, and industrial water rights. The move positions RML among the few U.S.-based producers with in-house antimony, tungsten, and gold processing capabilities.

It significantly advances RML’s ability to meet U.S. defense-critical mineral demands, accelerates offtake discussions, and enhances eligibility for government funding. The project’s strategic location and infrastructure will support exploration, mining expansion, and downstream integration opportunities, strengthening RML’s foothold as a key player in America’s critical minerals supply chain.
