Stakk Limited Achieves 1,836% YoY Revenue Growth and Targets AU$8 Million ARR

Stakk Limited (ASX: SKK) reported outstanding Q1 FY26 performance with receipts of AU$871,000, up 1,836% year-on-year, as it continues to scale its embedded finance platform across the U.S. and Australia. The company’s annualised recurring revenue (ARR) is tracking at AU$2.78 million, with recently signed clients expected to add AU$3.67 million, bringing total ARR to AU$6.46 million.

Unannounced deals currently under execution are projected to lift ARR to AU$8 million by the end of Q2 FY26. Transaction values rose 13.7% to AU$832.6 million, with volumes steady at 441,994.

Stakk also raised AU$15 million via an institutional placement, increasing its cash balance to AU$15.03 million post-raise. The company remains focused on expanding its embedded finance offering to banks, credit unions, neobanks, and fintech platforms globally.
