Anson Resources Strengthens U.S. Lithium Expansion with Key Offtake and Project Progress

Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) made strong progress at its Green River Lithium Project in Utah, USA. The company secured a Definitive Offtake Agreement with LG Energy Solution, under which LG will purchase up to 4,000 dry metric tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate each year. This agreement covers approximately 40% of Anson’s planned initial production capacity, marking a key milestone in advancing the project toward development and long-term supply stability.

Field activities commenced to enhance road access and prepare drilling for re-entry at the Mt Fuel Skyline Geyser well, supported by government approvals. Concurrently, POSCO Holdings’ due diligence for a potential investment in a demonstration plant advanced, with over two tonnes of brine shipped to South Korea for test work. Anson also expanded its land position by 10% through the addition of 100 strategic placer claims, strengthening its JORC resource base. Backed by a AU$5 million placement and AU$3.55 million cash, Anson remains focused on fast-tracking development and production readiness in the Paradox Basin.
