AdAlta Limited Launches Renounceable Rights Issue to Raise AU$1.29 million

AdAlta Limited (ASX: 1AD) has announced a renounceable pro-rata rights issue aiming to raise approximately AU$1.29 million before associated costs. As part of the offer, shareholders who qualify can acquire two new shares for every three held, priced at AU$0.003 each. Additionally, for every two new shares subscribed, investors will receive one option at no extra cost, with specific terms outlined in the offer document.

The rights issue remains open for acceptance until 5:00 pm (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 28 May 2025. Funds secured through the offer will be directed towards advancing AdAlta’s development pipeline and for general corporate purposes. The Prospectus was officially submitted to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 5 May 2025 and remains effective until 5 June 2026.
