Adslot Secures Capital to Fund Growth and Strengthen Financial Position

Adslot Limited (ASX: ADS) has secured AU$989,000 through a mix of convertible notes and equity placement from professional and sophisticated investors. The raise includes AU$739,000 in secured convertible notes, convertible at AU$0.001 per share, with a 30-month maturity and 11% interest rate. Notably, AU$374,000 of the notes were subscribed by the Barlow Trust, requiring ASX waiver or shareholder approval for security interest. Additionally, a private placement of AU$250,000 in shares was completed at the same price per share. Attaching options—subject to shareholder approval—will accompany both note and share issues. Funds raised will be used for working capital, to improve Adslot’s balance sheet, and to support commercial projects. An Extraordinary General Meeting is planned for September or October 2025 to seek approval for the attaching options and related matters.
