Aeris Resources Secures Refinancing Deal to Strengthen Balance Sheet and Support Growth Plans

Aeris Resources Limited (ASX: AIS) has announced a significant debt refinancing initiative, replacing its existing AU$50 million Guarantee Facility with ANZ with a new three-year AU$60 million Guarantee Facility from Washington H. Soul Pattinson (WHSP). Additionally, the Company's current AU$50 million Term Facility with WHSP (AU$40 million drawn) will be extended by 12 months to 31 August 2026. The new facility provides a longer-dated, competitively priced solution with no mandatory hedging—a key differentiator from alternative offers, which require hedging up to 50% of gold and copper production.

This refinancing enhances Aeris' financial flexibility, releases AU$10 million in restricted cash, and enables the Company to redirect capital toward key growth initiatives, including development at Constellation (Tritton) and exploration across its portfolio. No principal repayments or cash backing will be required for over 12 months under either facility. Post-refinancing, Aeris will retain a debt position of AU$ 40 million, unrestricted cash of AU$ 32.4 million, and total liquidity of approximately AU$ 42 million, ensuring a strong runway to drive operational and strategic growth in FY26.
