The simulation, led by renowned geophysicists Jim Hanneson and Chris Anderson, identifies multiple untested targets at depths exceeding 1,000 meters, including a standout gravity anomaly (JH100) and a 4.2 km conductive zone.

These align with previous drill results showing significant copper-equivalent intersections, suggesting proximity to a mineralised core system akin to BHP’s Oak Dam. The upcoming TEM survey—among the most advanced in South Australia—aims to refine these targets for a high-impact drill program. The initiative may unlock government R&D funding and valuable IP, positioning Altair as a frontrunner in Australian mineral exploration.
