Anson Confirms Major Brine Reservoir Across Green River Lithium Project with New Petrel Model

Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN), via its 100%-owned subsidiary Blackstone Minerals NV LLC, has announced the completion of both Static and Dynamic Petrel Models for its Green River Lithium Project in south-eastern Utah, USA. These models integrate the Company's 3D Geological and Numerical Groundwater Flow models, providing a detailed 3D subsurface understanding of the lithium-rich brine reservoir.

The models confirm a significant, continuous brine reservoir across the project, with the Mississippian Unit thickness ranging from 500 to over 700 feet. Importantly, the Mt Fuel Skyline-Geyser 1-15 well is linked to the same aquifers as the Boysdaba #1 well, reinforcing the reservoir's interconnected nature. Over 42 aquifers within the Mississippian Unit have been identified, offering valuable data for future drilling and sound design. The Mt Fuel well, selected for re-entry, is strategically located to potentially increase the JORC Resource Estimate, especially as its prior drilling did not reach the unit's base. Upcoming exploration will test lithium concentration traps formed by local fault systems, with insights supporting ongoing feasibility and engineering work for large-scale lithium production
