Antipa Minerals Secures Funding to Fast-Track Minyari Gold-Copper Project

Antipa Minerals Ltd (ASX: AZY) has raised AU$40 million through a strategic placement to accelerate development of its 100%-owned Minyari Gold-Copper Project in Western Australia’s Paterson Province. Combined with existing cash reserves of AU$36 million, the company now holds AU$74 million to fund a pre-feasibility study (PFS) by June 2026 and a definitive feasibility study (DFS) ahead of a final investment decision in March 2027.

The funds will also support aggressive drilling under the 2025 Growth and Discovery Programme, with flexibility for immediate follow-ups and expansion into high-priority targets. Minyari Dome currently hosts 2.4 million ounces of gold and significant copper, silver, and cobalt resources across its 4,100 km² tenement.

With its strong financial footing, experienced backers, and promising exploration results, Antipa is positioned to advance Minyari toward a standalone mining operation while exploring broader regional opportunities.
