ARC Funds to Acquire Remaining Stake in The Term Deposit Shop.

ARC Funds Limited (ASX: ARC) has announced its intention to acquire the remaining 36.51% stake in The Term Deposit Shop Pty Ltd (TTDS) that it does not currently own. This acquisition will be completed through a scrip offer, issuing ARC shares valued at 11.5 cents each. Minority shareholders of TTDS will receive 21.72 ARC shares for every TTDS share they hold. The deal, subject to shareholder approval at an August 2025 EGM, follows ARC’s earlier acquisition of a 63.49% stake in TTDS completed in May 2025.

TTDS, with Funds Under Management (FUM) exceeding AU$530 million and a six-year CAGR of 42.8%, plays a key role in ARC’s broader growth strategy. By fully acquiring TTDS, ARC aims to enhance its multi-affiliate platform, drive distribution expansion, and introduce additional income products. The integration is expected to provide operational and strategic synergies for future growth.
