archTIS Secures AU$7.5 million Placement to Accelerate International Growth and Product Innovation

archTIS Limited (ASX: AR9) has successfully raised AU$7.5 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, issuing approximately 50 million new shares at an issue price of AU$0.15 each. The placement was completed under the Company’s existing issue capacity, with shares expected to be issued on or around 7 July 2025. The issue price reflects a 17.4% discount to the 7-day VWAP of AU$0.182 and a 15.5% discount to the 14-day VWAP of AU$0.178, highlighting solid investor confidence despite market discounts.

Proceeds from the placement will be deployed to fund archTIS’s expansion into the U.S. market, support existing strategic partnerships, and accelerate product development and innovation, particularly in high-security markets such as defense and government. CEO Daniel Lai stated the funds will also support scaling the Company’s delivery, onboarding infrastructure, and international distribution. This capital raise strengthens archTIS’s position in the global market as a leader in secure, data-centric collaboration technology.
