Assetora Launches AU$100 Million Homeowner Equity Fund to Expand Property Access

Assetora Limited (ASX: AOH) has officially launched the Australian Homeowner Equity Fund, a $100 million initiative open to wholesale investors, aiming to improve property access for Australians. The fund complements Assetora’s Bricklet Homeowner Program and follows a successful two-year pilot in partnership with AMP Bank, during which over 25 homeownership transactions were completed. The model allows investors to contribute up to 20% of a property’s value in exchange for a co-ownership stake, with homeowners financing the rest through traditional mortgages and paying an occupancy fee.

This strategic fund targets a 12% internal rate of return per annum by combining stable income with capital growth, supported by a risk-managed framework including geographic diversification and strict credit assessments. It also enhances Assetora’s revenue through a 50% share of Bricklet’s deposit funding operations, aligning long-term value with social impact. The launch marks a significant growth milestone in Assetora’s mission to drive innovation and homeownership affordability.
