Assetora Limited Secures Strategic Investment from CloudTech

Assetora Limited (ASX: AOH) has entered into an AU$3 million private placement with CloudTech Group Pty Ltd, designed to strengthen its balance sheet and accelerate growth. The funding will be delivered in two tranches: an unconditional AU$500,000 placement and a conditional AU$2.5 million subscription tied to audited FY25 reports and ASX reinstatement. Shares for both tranches will be issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 within the company’s placement capacity.

CloudTech has also been granted participation rights in future debt and equity raisings for up to two years, allowing it to align closely with Assetora’s capital initiatives. This collaboration underlines confidence in Assetora’s investment platform expansion and upcoming fund launches.

Chairman Giuseppe Porcelli emphasized the strategic flexibility the investment brings, while CloudTech founder Kevin Chen highlighted the alignment with supporting scalable businesses in financial services. Together, the partnership aims to advance Assetora’s long-term growth trajectory
