Assetora Limited (ASX: AOH) has been appointed as the new Responsible Entity of the DomaCom Fund, replacing Melbourne Securities Corporation (MSC), following a unitholder vote on 17 June 2025. Resolution 1, favoring Assetora, passed with 56.03% support, while a competing proposal for BrickX was rejected. This transition marks a critical milestone, enabling the reopening of the fund’s secondary market and resumption of investment activities previously suspended under MSC’s management.
Chairman Giuseppe Porcelli emphasized that this shift reflects investor trust in Assetora’s ability to manage the fund comprehensively, enabling faster responses and deeper investor engagement. With its AFSL 444365 license and experienced operations team, Assetora plans to deliver better oversight and streamlined governance.
