Astral Resources Confirms High Grade Gold Zones at Theia Deposit.

Astral Resources NL (ASX: AAR) has announced impressive assay results from 29 more holes of its ongoing 99-hole, 10,000-metre in-fill drilling program at the Theia Deposit, part of the 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Significant intercepts include 14 metres at 6.89g/t Au and 1 metre at 53.0g/t Au, confirming broad zones of high-grade mineralisation.

Around half of the program’s assay results have now been received, showing strong consistency with the existing geological model. Additionally, a 3,000-metre diamond drilling program has commenced to explore deeper high-grade zones and extensions. Managing Director Marc Ducler noted that these findings increase confidence in the resource and support the company’s aim of progressing Theia towards near-term gold production.
