Santana Minerals Reports Strong Drilling Success at RAS and RINA Projects

Santana Minerals Limited (ASX/NZX: SMI) has announced highly encouraging assay results from its ongoing drilling program at the Rise and Shine (RAS) North deposit. New intercepts demonstrate excellent grade continuity within the HG1 high-grade domain, confirming a coherent, shallow north-plunging shoot. The program aims to convert Inferred to Indicated resources and extend mineralization down-plunge, with notable results including 13.8m at 8.5g/t Au (hole MDD474) and 7.9m at 6.2g/t Au (MDD473).

Meanwhile, the RINA (“RAS-is-Not-Alone”) sterilisation program has identified further evidence of a large, fertile regional gold system within the Rise and Shine Shear Zone (RSSZ). Over 7,800m of drilling revealed widespread anomalous gold zones, with MDD438 returning 13.1m at 0.31g/t Au. These findings highlight the strong exploration potential north of Shepherds Creek, reinforcing the RSSZ’s scale and prospectivity for future resource growth.
