Pinnacle Minerals Expands into the U.S. with Strategic Critical Minerals Acquisition

Pinnacle Minerals Limited (ASX: PIM) has executed a binding agreement to acquire eight U.S. critical minerals, gold, and silver projects located in Idaho and Washington State, including historic producing assets. Six projects encircle Perpetua Resources’ Stibnite Mine in Idaho, a major antimony-gold district, while two projects are positioned in proven mining regions of Washington.

The acquisition provides Pinnacle with a significant foothold in the United States and supports the White House’s drive to develop domestic critical mineral supply chains. Pinnacle also completed a AU$3 million placement to advance the U.S. portfolio and its existing assets. With exposure to gold, silver, and antimony, these projects align the company with strong global demand and strategic supply priorities amid tightening export controls and record valuations for critical minerals producers.
