CuFe Secures AU$5.4 Million in Strategic Placement

CuFe Ltd (ASX: CUF) has successfully received commitments to raise AU$5.4 million (before costs) through the issue of 318 million shares at AU$0.017 per share, accompanied by one free-attaching unlisted option for every two shares subscribed, exercisable at AU$0.05 and expiring on 30 November 2027. The placement price represents a premium of 9% to the 5-day VWAP and matches the company’s last closing price.

This strategic private placement, involving only four investors led by critical minerals and strategic defence sector investor Mr. Mathew August, also includes a leading institutional fund and two high-net-worth investors from North America and Australia. Funds will advance exploration and feasibility work at the flagship Tennant Creek Copper-Gold Project, targeting resource upgrades at Gecko, mine planning, and bismuth resource studies. Additional exploration will progress across the company’s Western Australian and Northern Territory portfolio. Placement shares will be issued under Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A, with options subject to shareholder approval.
