Atturra Finalises Acquisition of Blue Connections to Strengthen Managed Services.

Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA), through its subsidiary Cirrus Networks Holdings Pty Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Blue Connections Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based IT solutions provider. The transaction includes an upfront cash consideration of AU$18 million, with potential earn-out payments of up to AU$7.5 million in cash or shares, subject to performance targets for FY26 and FY27. Integration costs are expected to be around AU$500,000.

Founded in 1997, Blue Connections delivers a broad range of IT services including networking, security, cloud solutions, procurement, lifecycle management, and 24x7 support. It is a Microsoft Partner and certified Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, with a strong presence across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors. Atturra sees the acquisition as a strategic step to expand its managed services capabilities, broaden its client base, and establish a key Victorian hub. The move is expected to drive growth, expand revenue streams, and enhance national service delivery.
