AuKing Secures $5 million Facility to Advance Cloncurry Gold Project

AuKing Mining Limited (ASX: AKN) has finalized security agreements with RiverFort Global Capital Limited for a A$5 million credit facility to accelerate exploration and development of its Cloncurry Gold Project in north-west Queensland. An initial $500,000 will be drawn to retire a short-term GAM loan, support working capital, and cover acquisition costs.

The Cloncurry Gold Project spans 447 km², anchored by the historic Mt Freda and Golden Mile deposits,

with strong near-term production potential supported by nearby processing infrastructure. The financing complements AuKing’s partnership with Orion Resources and follows Nebari’s completed due diligence, reinforcing the project’s value in a robust gold market. Managing Director Paul Williams said the RiverFort facility provides flexibility to fast-track development activities, positioning AuKing for a rapid transition from acquisition to production.
