Australian Critical Minerals Expands into Peru with Transformational Acquisition

Jun 12, 2025

Australian Critical Minerals Limited (ASX:ACM) is set to significantly expand its exploration portfolio with the acquisition of Circuit Resources Pty Ltd, gaining control of highly prospective gold, copper, silver, and base metal projects across Peru. The deal secures six major projects, including Blanca, Riqueza, Flint, and Cerro Rayas, covering over 25,000 hectares. Key highlights include the Blanca Project’s bonanza gold grades (up to 52.8 g/t Au) and the Riqueza Project’s copper assays of up to 8.7% Cu and 2,238 g/t Ag. This acquisition bolsters ACM’s exposure to Tier-1 mineral provinces and strategically positions the company for aggressive exploration. AU$1 million oversubscribed capital raise will fund initial fieldwork, while additional efforts will focus on resource definition and feasibility studies. This strategic move positions ACM to become a key player in the global critical minerals space, aligning with the accelerating demand for metals essential to the clean energy transition.
