Battery Age Minerals Secures AU$3.0 million to Advance Drilling Programs in Austria and Argentina

Battery Age Minerals Ltd (ASX: BM8) has received firm commitments to raise AU$3.0 million (before costs) through a two-tranche placement to sophisticated and professional investors. The placement will involve the issuance of up to 60 million new fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.05 per share, with one free-attaching option for every three shares. The options will be exercisable at AU$0.10 and have a three-year expiry, with the Company intending to list the options on the ASX.

Funds raised will primarily support the upcoming maiden drilling campaign at the Bleiberg Project in Austria, which holds historical significance for producing high-grade germanium, zinc, and lead concentrates. Proceeds will also accelerate exploration at the El Aguila Gold-Silver Project in Argentina, where surface mineralisation has already been confirmed. The remaining funds will be allocated to working capital and corporate needs.
