Beonic Secures AU$4.18 Million via Convertible Notes.

Beonic Ltd (ASX: BEO) has successfully raised a total of AU$4.18 million through convertible note subscriptions, following an additional AU$440,000 secured after its earlier AU$3.74 million raise on 12 August 2025. The funds will support the company’s product development roadmap, innovation initiatives, repayment of debt due in January 2026, and advancement of the North African Airport Project. The notes carry a face value of AU$1.00, a 10% annual interest rate payable semi-annually, and a 24-month maturity. They are convertible at AU$0.24, with each note accompanied by two free attaching options exercisable at AU$0.30 within three years.

Beonic’s largest shareholder, Thorney Group, subscribed AU$2 million, while directors committed AU$730,000. The issuance of notes and attaching options to these parties remains subject to shareholder approval. With this capital raise, Beonic strengthens its financial position to accelerate growth in AI-driven solutions for intelligent places across retail, airports, smart cities, and commercial venues.
