BetMakers Achieves Tranche 1 LTIP Milestone with Strong Cash Flow and EBITDA Growth

BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (ASX: BET) announced it has successfully achieved Tranche 1 of its Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), highlighting progress in aligning management incentives with shareholder value. The milestone was reached during the six months to 30 June 2025, when the company reported an EBITDA annual run-rate of AU$10.8 million and operating cash flow of AU$6.4 million. Following this achievement, BetMakers converted 5 million performance rights into ordinary shares, reflecting the Board’s confidence in its strategy. Future LTIP hurdles include higher EBITDA targets and share price performance through FY26 and FY27, with goals of achieving up to AU$30 million EBITDA run-rate or meeting volume-weighted average price thresholds. Executive Chair Matt Davey emphasized the milestone as a testament to the team’s execution and focus on building a world-class B2B wagering technology business while continuing global expansion.
