Breakthrough Minerals Acquires High-Grade Errolls Gold Project.

Breakthrough Minerals Limited (ASX: BTM) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Errolls Gold Project in Western Australia's Murchison region. The project, covering exploration license E57/996 and mining lease application M57/653, hosts high-grade gold mineralization along a sheared granite-greenstone contact. Historical mining and drilling have confirmed shallow high-grade gold, with intercepts up to 51.85g/t Au and an average historical drill depth of just 34m, highlighting strong exploration potential.

To fund exploration at Errolls, Breakthrough has secured A$1.2 million via a share placement at A$0.074 per share, subject to shareholder approval at an EGM in May 2025. Post-acquisition, drilling will commence immediately, targeting extensions down-dip and along strike. Positioned near significant gold projects, including Neometals' Barrambie Gold Project, Breakthrough aims to unlock the project's significant upside potential and rapidly add value through aggressive exploration.
