Caspin Raises AU$2.1 million to Accelerate Tin Exploration at Bygoo Project.

Caspin Resources (ASX: CPN) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$2.1 million through a two-tranche equity placement at AU$0.05 per share, receiving strong backing from both new and existing investors. The funds will support ongoing exploration at the Bygoo Tin Project, which recently delivered high-grade tin results in its maiden drilling campaign. Further results from additional aircore, RC, and diamond drilling are expected in the coming weeks, alongside high-level metallurgical testing.

The placement includes one free attaching option for every two shares (exercisable at AU$0.10, expiring on 31 December 2026). The Bygoo Project shows promising large-scale tin mineralisation, with evidence of high-grade cassiterite and potential for low-cost processing. Directors have also pledged AU$100,000, pending shareholder approval. This raise underlines strong confidence in the project’s scale and growth potential.
