Castile Secures Funding to Accelerate Rover 1 Development Pathway
Castile Resources Limited (ASX: CST) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$8.4 million through a placement to institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors, strengthening its funding position to advance the Rover 1 Project toward development. The capital raise was completed at AU$0.11 per share and was supported by both existing and new investors, with board and management also participating, subject to shareholder approval. Proceeds are expected to be directed primarily toward completing the Rover 1 Bankable Feasibility Study by June 2026, including pilot plant and geotechnical work, alongside commencement of exploration drilling across the Rover Mineral Field using targets generated from Ambient Noise Tomography surveys. The funding also provides additional flexibility for general working capital as Castile progresses through a period of increased project activity and exploration momentum.
