GreenHy2 Completes AU$941,000 Placement to Accelerate Energy Storage Products
GreenHy2 Limited (ASX: H2G) has successfully completed a AU$941,000 placement, issuing 104.6 million shares at AU$0.009 per share to institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement will be used to accelerate the company's PowerSafe Sodium-ion batteries and PowerSafe Hybrid Inverters products to market, alongside the purchase of stock for PowerSafe Li-ion Batteries aimed at large commercial and industrial applications. A key portion of the placement is supported by Mr. Michael Seder and his associated fund, with AU$250,000 worth of shares contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The placement also includes Tranche 1 Shares and Tranche 3 Shares, which are expected to settle and trade starting on 11 February 2026. GreenHy2's Sodium-ion battery products have received extensive support, positioning the company to capitalise on increasing demand for sustainable energy storage solutions.
