Revolution Private Credit Trust Launches Wholesale Placement to Support Portfolio Growth

Revolution Private Credit Income Trust (ASX: REV) has announced a wholesale capital raising of up to AU$60 million through the issue of new ordinary units priced at AU$2.00 per unit. The placement will be offered to eligible wholesale investors and is expected to expand the Trust’s capital base to support further deployment in line with its private credit strategy. The issue price is broadly aligned with the Trust’s most recent net tangible asset value and represents a modest discount to the latest market price. Funds raised are intended to be invested through the Trust’s existing structure into senior-secured private credit opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, including corporate loans, asset-backed securities, and commercial real estate lending. The placement will be managed by a syndicate of joint lead managers and is not underwritten.
