FIN Resources Raises AU$3.75 Million for Cabin Lake Gold Drilling in Canada.
FIN Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) has successfully secured AU$3.75 million in a placement to fund its upcoming high-grade gold drilling program at the Cabin Lake Gold Project in Canada's Northwest Territories. The fully funded 1,500-meter maiden diamond drilling program is set to begin in early March 2026, targeting shallow, high-grade gold mineralisation within a 15km underexplored corridor of the Bugow Iron Formation. The project has already defined high-grade gold, including intercepts like 31.4m @ 15.2 g/t Au. The placement, which received strong support from investors, will also cover drill mobilization, geological interpretation, and general working capital. The upcoming drilling will test historic high-grade results and explore high-priority greenfield targets identified through geophysical analysis. With the acquisition of the Cabin Lake project expected to be finalized in February, the company aims to unlock significant potential in this largely untested area.
