Tartana Minerals Limited– AU$4.5 Million Placement for Silver and Strategic Metals Exploration
Tartana Minerals Limited (ASX: TAT) has successfully secured AU$4.5 million in funding through a placement aimed at advancing its critical and strategic metals exploration projects for 2026. The majority of the funds will be allocated to exploration activities at the Nightflower Silver-Lead-Zinc-Antimony project in Queensland, Australia, with a goal of conducting over 10,000 meters of drilling throughout the year.
The placement is structured in two tranches, with the first tranche of AU$970,407 scheduled for settlement by 18 February 2026. In addition to exploration, the funds will be used to enhance the Copper Sulphate production process at Tartana's mining leases. The company also appointed Sonny Didugu as a non-executive director to bolster its governance and strategic direction. With additional financial support from Copper Sulphate cash inflows, Tartana is well-positioned to pursue an aggressive exploration agenda in 2026.
