Centuria Office REIT Declares September 2025 Quarterly Distribution

Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF), Australia’s largest ASX-listed pure play office REIT, has declared a distribution of 2.525 cents per unit for the quarter ending 30 September 2025. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will remain suspended for this period. Key dates include the ex-distribution date on 29 September 2025, record date on 30 September 2025, and the distribution payment date on 28 October 2025.

Centuria Office REIT owns a portfolio of high-quality office assets located in key Australian submarkets and is included in the S&P/ASX 300 Index. The fund is managed by Centuria Property Funds Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI), which oversees $20.6 billion in assets under management as of 30 June 2025. The REIT continues to focus on delivering steady income and potential capital growth through active asset management of its office portfolio.
