Chariot Amends Black Mountain Purchase Option for Enhanced Financial Flexibility.

Chariot Corporation Limited (ASX: CC9), through its subsidiary Panther Lithium Corporation, has signed a Second Amendment to its agreement with Black Mtn. Lithium Corp. to enhance financial flexibility. Instead of making three payments totaling US$$1.45 million by 30 December 2025, Panther will now pay the same amount over seven installments by 30 September 2026. Additionally, Chariot will issue 2 million fully paid ordinary shares, subject to a six-month escrow and shareholder approval by 31 May 2025. 

If shareholder approval is not granted, Chariot will provide a cash equivalent based on the 10-day VWAP. This amendment extends the payment timeline while increasing the total purchase price with equity issuance. The new structure aligns with Chariot’s strategic financial planning, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining its investment commitments in lithium exploration.
