ClearVue Secures Landmark Contract for Sydneys City Tattersalls Club Redevelopment

ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) has secured a contract to supply its building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) solar glass for the rooftop of Sydney’s iconic City Tattersalls Club, currently undergoing a $308 million redevelopment. The contract, valued at approximately AU$600,000, marks ClearVue’s first high-rise application and will see its advanced solar glass installed between the 44th and 50th floors. The initiative supports the project’s ambition of achieving a 6 Star NABERS energy rating and aligns with the City of Sydney’s net zero targets.

Commissioned through SRG Global on behalf of Richard Crookes Constructions, ClearVue’s solar glass combines energy efficiency with architectural aesthetics. Its visually seamless integration impressed project architects, ensuring both sustainability and design integrity. This milestone project is expected to showcase ClearVue’s capability to deliver solar solutions for large-scale, urban developments and highlights its growing influence across commercial and institutional building sectors globally.
