The decision reflects the company’s strategic shift from its legacy anti-counterfeit operations to high-margin, scalable SaaS offerings and quantum-secure technologies. Through its ConnectQR platform, Codeifai has already moved into digital brand engagement, introducing features such as the GS1 digital link. The company is now prioritizing the acquisition of the Antennae Transfer platform (to be rebranded QuantumAI Secure) from Credissential Inc., aimed at delivering secure fund and file transfers. Executive Chairman John Houston emphasized that the termination allows Codeifai to concentrate on initiatives that better align with shareholder interests and future growth. With this transition, Codeifai positions itself as a disruptor in the quantum security and secure transfer market.
