Comms Group Delivers Strong 1st Quarter FY26 Performance and Expands Global Footprint

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) has reported a robust first-quarter trading update for FY26, highlighting significant growth and strong operational momentum. Unaudited group revenue rose 41.6% year-on-year to AU$19.4 million, supported by contributions from the Global (AU$3.9m), Secure IT (AU$5.9m), and Cloud Communications divisions (AU$10.0m), which include the recently acquired TasmaNet.

The acquisition added approximately AU$4.9 million in revenue for the quarter, and full-year TasmaNet-related revenue is expected to reach AU$17–19 million. Underlying Group EBITDA doubled to AU$2.2 million, reflecting improved operational leverage. The company remains on track to achieve its annualised revenue target of AU$75 million+ and EBITDA of AU$9–10 million. Strong new sales of AU$2.8m in ARR were secured in Q1, with an additional AU$1.8m in Q2 to date, driven by broad international expansion. Comms Group also achieved Cisco Webex Certified Calling Partner status, enhancing its global positioning and strengthening its enterprise-grade collaboration offerings across 14 countries.
