Volt Group secures AU$4.0 million to fund 4D Delta acquisition.

Volt Group Limited (ASX: VPR) has successfully secured firm commitments to raise AU$4.0 million (before costs) through a conditional placement priced at AU$0.135 per share. The placement attracted strong participation from institutional and sophisticated investors, existing shareholders, and company directors, reflecting high confidence in Volt’s growth trajectory. Directors have committed approximately AU$1.47 million to the placement, subject to shareholder approval.

Funds from the raise will be allocated toward the proposed acquisition of 4D Delta, strategic growth initiatives, and general working capital. The issue price represents a 6.9% discount to the last closing price and an 11.2% discount to the 15-day VWAP. The new shares are expected to be issued in late December, pending shareholder approval and acquisition completion. Curran & Co Pty Ltd acted as the lead manager for the placement, supporting Volt’s expansion and acquisition strategy.
