Market Alert: Global Equity Markets Under Pressure Amid Valuation Concerns and Economic Uncertainty
Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ) has secured an additional AU$500,000 equity placement from an existing substantial shareholder to further support the advancement of its Heemskirk Tin Project in Western Tasmania. The placement comprises 22,727,273 new shares at AU$0.022 per share, completed under the same terms as the earlier AU$9 million placement announced on 11 November 2025, and settled in a single tranche under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
Including the recent AU$2.9 million raised from option exercises, Stellar has now generated a total of AU$12.4 million in fresh capital over recent months. These funds will be allocated toward exploration and development at Heemskirk, as well as general working capital and offer costs. With tin prices currently trading around US$36,000 per tonne, buoyed by strong electronics and renewable energy demand and constrained supply, Stellar is strategically positioned to advance its project within a stable, conflict-free, tier-one mining jurisdiction.
